Why my dog whine sharply when I touch his ear?

His ear wasn't injured but sometimes I scratch it and he likes it, and time to time I pinch his ear with my thumb and index finger with nails, for example, I place my thumb's nail in his from ear and the index finder's nail on the back ear and pinch scratch it and I feel his ear is thin and he whines sharply

I sure hope you're trolling - because what you describe is animal abuse -- quit it.
Try pinching your idiot self like that and see if you don't whine.

Wait --- new account, probably that sadistic pervert Sarah again -- just won't quit.

Let me think, why dont I run my nails into your ear then pinch it and see if it hurts!!

Seriously how stupid can you be?? You are hurting the poor dog so stop doing it.

Honestly some people shouldnt be allowed to own a guppy let alone a dog

It hurts. It sounds like you are sticking your fingers inside his ear and pinching. Your dog is very tolerant and you should stop pinching him. He may also have an ear infection.
