Why my new goldfish losing its colour?

I recently bought a goldfish and after few days it lost its colour..2 other fishes are fine! especially black moor eating and swimming like crazy! i put ill fish in the goldfish bowl to prevent infection if she has one!and it seems to be at the top of water all the time and swims backwards!
help i dont know what to do!
 
do you have a decent filter and clean the tank regularly? goldfish create loads of mess so you need to do water changes every week. also make sure ur using a good quality goldfish flake. good luck
