I had replace transmission and torque converter on the car. The new transmission was for a 95 dodge neon. The old transmission that i changed would go into reverse and forward not very fast until it got warmed up and then it would not move. The new one will go into reverse but will not go over 30 mph. Mph gauge works on and off and other gauges are sometimes working. The car motor runs good. Any ideas would be helpfull.
