Why should I continue to write?

I'm really passionate about writing, but I suddenly feel like, why should I try? I suck at it and I know practise means everything... But compared to other 13 year olds (I'm 13) I suck at it. Also my favourite author Jeaniene Frost is sooo funny and has so many funny quotes in her books. Her books are really entertaining. But when I write something I feel like no one is going to like it, and I'm not even that funny. Help?
I'm an aspiring author.

I'm a bit like you...I'm 17 and I love to write but I know that I'm not too good at it...I've seen some 11-12 year olds on YA who write better than me lol...
The reason for that it because I only started writing when I was 16...

You are only 13 years old and going to school...You've got a lot of years of learning how to write in your English lessons and you have a lot of time to practice...You can only get better...
