Why the Symbian is leading os for smart phones if android and iOs are still

Why Symbian? Because it's installed on more phones than Android and iOS (which is only on iPhone). Symbian will be "leading" the same way for a while, because android phones and iphones combined are less than nokia smartphones (they come with Symbian)... But eventually, Google will be the number 1 :)

Symbian is installed on the vast majority of handsets of all types, whereas iOS and Android are smartphone only mobile operating systems. So this question rather comes into price considerations. In general, an iPhone or Droid will cost a lot more than a Nokia handset. This is why it has global market share dominance.
