Why was Gerald Ford and/or FDR not a good president?

I need to know all the bad things that Gerald Ford and FDR was involved with during their presidency. Anything that does not make them seem like a good president. It can be any wrong and stupid decisions or anything that they did that would seem awfully wrong. Tell me as much as you know.
 
The fix was in. Gerald Ford got to be president and all he had to do in return was pardon Tricky Dick. Other that that I do not recall Ford doing anything of significance during his term.He hosted the Queen during the Bicentennial. Ford did not to wrong things, he just failed to do anything. FDR was a great president. He lead the nation during the worst of times, the depression and the war. He was a skilled politician.
He knew what it was possible for him to do. He backed the prewar buildup of the navy and air-force. He helped the British before the USA entered the war as much as he could.
