Why when I bluetooth a video from my phone to computer it looses its audio?

I'm trying to get the audio back from my video taken with my phone. But once it was on my computer via windows media player as well as windows live movie maker, it lost all audio. How do I correct this?

It may be problem with your media player... try to install extra codecs or change settings...
