Why Will My Rocketfish Bluetooth Device Will Not Validate?

I try to install the factory drivers for my device, it completes the detection process, then when it gets to the validation it stops! Why does this happen? I downloaded the drivers from Rocketfish's website, but it's not working! I've had this problem on several computers. It just won't validate! Other than that, my device works fine, there is just additional functions with those drivers.
 
I've successfully solved this issue.

Try that:

Start Menu > Run... > type "services.msc"

then try to find service related to Bluetooth (i think this service is turned off on your PC).

You need to double click on that service and then choose "Autostart" or something like that...

It works in my case :)
