Why will this dc transformer only have a constant current?

The secondary coil has more turns than the first.Volateg of primary is increased from zero to 10v at a steady rate. Answer says current will be constant..I though it would decrease? since volateg is increasing shouldnt the current in the secondary reduce?
Yes but wouldnt that mean decreasing current?
umm sort off there is a load..but then why doesnt the transformer principle thing apply here? so ur saying the current ratio voltage ratio is no longer valid? but the curent is calculated from v/r....Why does the answer say constant current?
question- 5o turns of wire around one end and 500 turns of wire around other end of metal rod,

50 turns one is connected to A DC supply
