I fell asleep and when I woke up my blackberry wouldn't turn on, so I assume my battery died.
I plugged it into the wall and pressed the power button. I waited about an hour, nothing - just a solid red light.
So I took the battery out for about a minute then put it back in. It clocked for about 30 seconds and then the red light came back. I looked at it again and it said JUM error 102 - reset. I clicked reset and it clocked again for about 30 seconds then the solid red light came back.
I've had it charging for 9 hours and nothing has changed.
Anyone know what's wrong/ what I can do to fix the problem?
