Why won't my iphone bluetooth work?

I'm trying to use the Bluetooth on my iphone 4 but its not working, and I've never had it working before.
My laptop can see the iPhone. But when I try to send something to it, it says 'This device does not have the necessary services'
On the iphone I can't find the laptop, it just keeps searching for devices without doing anything. Underneath that it says 'Now Discoverable'.

Any ideas?
 
It's just anouther iStuff, You use iPhone Bluetooth for connecting with wireless headphones or keyboard, not to send music/photos/videos :) I hope I Helped:)
