Im trying to access the fire wall. I also have AVG Anti-Virus, is there firewall on that?. When i click on the rogers online protection, the box comes up but just the outline of the box is there, whats supposed to be inside the box like, antivirus and all the options, is not there, im seeing my background. only the outline of the box is showing
