Alright so I was browsing videos on youtube till I found a modder That remade San Andreas, With Gta 4 Graphics. Why doesnt rockstar. Re-release San Andreas But like Gta 4. Your telling me you one person can remake it for pc. But an entire company cant? WTF!. The question Really is though.
