Why won't videos buffer on my computer?

I just bought a new Samsung laptop, I literally just took it out of the box today. I logged into my YouTube and none of the videos I tried will buffer, I thought maybe there was a problem with YouTube or something so I tried different online sites to see if the videos on those would buffer and they did not. If I can't find a solution for this I'm going to send the laptop back immediately.
 
it takes time to make the video clearer and better looking, it has nothing to do with computers if theyre new or not they all do it
