People say "S" likes me but when this other said I was ugly he started laughing until he turned red. And "S" did the same did but laughed harder when that guy said it to another girl. But I just don't understand I thought when a guy likes a girl he doesn't laugh...

We're in middle school btw.
I'm in 7th grade and he's in 8th.
