Whyyyyy Does My Computer Keep Saying. Internet Explorer Has Stoped Working?

it keeps saying I.E has stoped workin and needs to shut down,then i lose everything i was doing on that page, n it says something about adobe flash player add ons n all that, sh1ts really pissin me off, anyone know how to fix it?? would be appreciated, thanks -B-

that happened to me too, but then i moved to firefox, maybe try using an older version of internet explorer cuz when i tried out the v8 beta that msg kept poping up. or you can try google chrome
