Hi,
I'm currently looking around for a larger bike for when I pass my test, hopefully within the next few months, and was wondering what Sports bikes are like to ride. I'll be riding through the winter, about 10k miles a year. I currently ride a Yamaha YBR125 but get cramp, especially over longer journeys. I'm 6"4, 170lbs, this in mind, is it even worth considering a sports bike, or will it just be to uncomfortable?

Thanks in advance. :)

how are u gunna pick up little girls on a sports bike? buy a cruiser instead

A sport bike is not your best choice, but whatever you do, stay away from cruisers. They have an impossible riding position, and you will never become a better rider on one. Go for a middle weight twin, or a mid sized dual sport bike.

Youd be very crammed on that toy. Get a cruiser man. Sports bikes are for posers and pussys. If your gonna buy a bike get an american and straigt pipe it!

Sport bikes are awful for winter riding, are crampt by design and are very fast. Look for something else.

At your height I think the sports bikes would be too uncomfortable for more than a few blocks ride. They are not designed to be ridden long distances, just short hops. Way too uncomfortable to ride them any farther.
