I am currently on probation for a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge in NJ. Upon completion of my probation for my conditional discharge I will have this charge expunged from my records. Will future employers see this if I complete my probation? Will this effect future employment opportunities?
PS. This is my first and only charge with no priors. It was considered a petty offense since I was only caught in the act of smoking it, but it is still a misdemeanor
