First, I'm a 14 year old 5'8" girl and i weigh about 130or135 lbs. Is that normal???
Second, I don't have a completely flat belly(just a small "pot belly") but i really want one for this summer, especially for the middle of next week. If i ride my bike in my neighborhood about an hour a day, will this help at all? By the middle of next week, will there be any noticeable difference?
