One of my ex's recently had a baby. During the pregnancy she was frequently smoking (weed) and drinking to some extent. When we were together I found out she was selling drugs, anything from weed to coke and as far as I know she still is. I asked her to stop back when I found out she was pregnant and she refused. The baby has been born and I saw her at the bar. From what I've found out shes still smoking, and has started drinking again. I don't feel she is a fit mother by an means for the newborn child and I know her sister already called child services once on her for her drug use. If she refuses to quit what route can I take to ensure this child is better cared for?
