Will energy drinks kill betta fish?

for my science fair project im giving betta fish 2 teaspoons of energy drinks to see its effects. will it kill them immediately?

Why would you even DO that?

What are you even going to learn from the effects? That fish die in sugary drinks?! Okay... very smart. Pfft.

And they won't die immediately BUT they'll suffer, and suffer and eventually die.


If you actually do this, you must have NO compassion whatsoever.

I don't think that's a good idea. It probably won't kill it immediately, but it is cruel.
