I have been alternating dvds that are 20 min 4 days a week for 7 weeks now and I haven't seen any results. Will this help tone me up or am I wasting my time?
it should. But try adding some weights to your workout- you will see results faster. it is good that your mixing it up , but after 7 weeks you should have seen some results. Have you cut your calories? If your eating more because your burning more, you will stay about the same.
