I'm a 16 year old male, 5 foot 9, and 133 pounds. Throughout the winter season, I take part in my teams winter training which takes place 6 days a week. Every other day we have a high intensity workout, with recovery days in between. I am wondering if doing these workouts on a rowing machine/ergometer while taking 2 of these pills (equivalent to 5g of Creatine) 30 minutes prior to my workout every day will give me the desired effects, such a gain in muscle mass and improved endurance. I would like to be 150 pounds within about 5 months, and I am hoping that taking creatine, eating a lot of good foods, and doing these workouts will make it possible for me to do so. Any information or advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
