Custody? Last summer my fiances ex girlfriend got pregnant with his child, she lives in Indiana and he lives in Ohio he was 17 when he got her pregnant, she was 13. He is now 18 and she just turned 15 a few days ago. 3 weeks after they found out she was pregnant she left him and refused to talk to him or let him see his son who is now 7 months old and he still hasnt met him. After pleading with her for the past year and a half he is fed up with this and is ready to take her and her mother to court to get joint custody or atleast visitation. But, he is terrified that he i going to get charged with statutory rape. will he? Because he really didn't rape her and he wants to raise his son. sooo anyways, statutory rape or not?
