Will I be allowed to use the Internet on my laptop on a TAP flight?

I am going from the uk to madiera on holiday on TAP Portugal will I be allowed to use the Internet on my laptop or will I have to pay to use it or what?

whats a TAP? if its like any other plane, than no there is no internet at all.

You can use your laptop in flight but there will be no internet connection possible.

The problem is the lack of a suitable link between the aircraft and the ground, in particular the lack of bandwidth. If it ever happens it is likely to be limited to First/Business class and be very expensive.

You're out of luck on this one.
