...phone? My cell phone is currently Verizon and I have a 700 minute allowance. My house phone I believe is verizon as well. My friend just moved to Spain and if she were to call me would I be charged for it? Would the call history even show up on my bill?
Will the call show up when my parents get the bill?
 
If she phones you, you will not be charged at all. Your freind will be charged for the call.
