will I get abs doing 100 reps a day using ab lounge?

I'm 5'11 180 pounds with a small beer belly. I quite drinking so I hope that will help too. I was wondering if anyone would know how long it would take me if I did 100 reps a day using the ab lounge. Thanks! : )
 
you should do 200 reps a day to get abs faster....then after a week or 2 you should increase the the number of reps...
 
You need to add cardio also, because using just the ab lounge is not going to burn the fat on your midsection
 
Okay, first of all to get your abs to show the first step is to lose some fat around the midsection. Great decision, you stopped drinking! That will definately help. YES 100 reps a day is a great start, and as its gets easier each week, increase it the number of reps. Eventually you will have those abs showing!
