will i get my period soon?(girls only pleaseee and or doctors i guess)?

ooook. im 13 years old. i know everyone gets their period at different times, but my mom got hers at 13. i've had that white sticky milky discharge for at least a year and a half or so..but its weird; today, from the beginning till the end of school, in six hours, i had more discharge than i've ever had before in a full day, 24 hours..like probably 2 or 3x as much. my breasts have gotten bigger since 6th grade, really not like, a TON, and also partly because i've gained some weight...and know that for a lot of girls, their breasts grow a lot, and THEN they start their period, but i have a friend whose boobs didnt really start growing till AFTER she got her period. I know its different for every girl, and that theres no way to really true say/tell when you'll get it, but there has to be some warning signs. should i get it within the next 6-12 months or so? do you think? or is it AT LEAST time to start wearing a pantyliner, so i dont ruin my bedsheets, or get caught off guard at school?

well i thoguht i was diffrent too, cause my older sister started when she was 11 and i was 12, so i was worried. but it will come when you least expect it. i came home from school one day and it was there/
 
This is kind of how mine started, so yeah. Probably start wearing pads, even if they're just small ones.
