will i have to change my plan with sprint after activating a htc touch i

bought from ebay? my dad and my sister both have instincts and have the data plans and i have my lowly samsung m300 and i have unlimited internet because im tied to their plans.

im wondering if i need to change my plan or anything after i get an htc touch (not the diamond). I already have unlimited internet so I dont see a reason to get a plan change but im not sure.

if you have sprint already then all you do is transfer phones. the only reason you would have to change plans if you want somethin on your new phone you didnt have on the other say if you didnt have text on your old one but you want it on your new one then you would have to adjust your plan.
