Will iPhone 3G be available for all wireless service providers?

I want to get an iphone 3g for my t-mobile service, but without the contract with att. I just want to know that after March 10, 2010 will the iphone 3g be available for all wireless companies to buy, such as verizon wireless, t-mobile, sprint, etc. or will Apple do another contract with another wireless company? Thanks!
 
by then, there might be a 4G service.

I heard that 4G will be available in 2010 thru verizon and shortly thereafter ATT. Maybe tmobile too.
 
unless you are able to unlock the iphone it is only compatible with att.
