Will it cost more to text to Dublin on tmobile?

i have a mate ova in dublin and i want to if it will cost more than a standard text
 
with most companies like mine (sprint which I work for) the text messaging plans do not include international text messaging that would cost 0.20 to send the text I know when I was with t-mobile it was not included
