Will Mcdonald's or taco bell be open at 10 PM?

The Mcdonald's drive thru near my appartment is open 24 hours a day. The taco bell is open until 4 AM.

I can't use the drive thrus, though. I need to go inside the restaurant. Will the restaurants be open at 10 PM?
