I lift weights and not to sound conceited but Ive been told im jacked. Now I don't see this but apparently I am. but I don't have a 6 pack and I know that'd because I have Fat covering it. You can see 4 a little. But if I take MMA (jiu juitsu, muay thai, judo, and2 more I forget) will I lose alot of fat because of all of the workouts for MMA?
