Hello was wandering if anyone could donate some advise
Iv been involved around computers for most of the subjects I have been interested in from ICT and Graphics A-levels to currentl graphic design at Uni. I think I know the basics of pc health just as good posture, break for your eyes every 15 minutes (even a wanderabout for your legs), LCD screens with well lit areas and correct refresh rates. But to add to this I am very fond of pc gaming in first person shooters in my own time.
I have noticed over the years from High School my eye sight has (I would say) quite drastically deteriorated to the situation I woudl easily fail a Driving Test of spotting a number plate. I know I should have got glasses earlier but have always hated the fact of wearign them constantly. Just for lectures or computing I would be fine with). Also could being a lazy student not help as getting up early and having late night puts a strain on your eyes iv heard?
Sorry for the long winded post but I am interested with people who have been in the same situation and tackled it or in general any good advice.
In a way I feel quite bad with my self for letting it get this bad in the first place when I reckon eyesight is one of the most important senses
Cheerios and thanks for any input. I borrowed this answer from another to give you an example.
