Will my penis grow? (lol)?

There are 4.3million results for this question on google but i can't seem to find an accurate answer.

I'm 16 and my penis size is 6" length x 5.5 girth" Erect
Sadly i didn't pay attention to my puberty growth until the age of 15.
At 15 my penis was 5.5" length x 5.5" girth.
When i was 12-14 my penis didn't grow much at all, it was at 5" length erect
I have ALOT of body hair, pubic hair, etc. Could that be because i'm middle eastern,
or could that indicate that i've finished puberty?

Q: Is it possible for my penis to grow to 7" length x 6" girth Erect by the time i'm 21 ?
 
YES there is a chance for your penis to grow 7...
mine is of 12 but my age is only 15 so don't take tension and when penis erect they have more ever the same size. :)
 
The average size of the penis at the beginning of puberty is 2.4 inches with adult size reached about 5 years later. Male puberty typically ends around age 18 and that means "growing" time is over. The average adult penis is 5.5 in to 6.3 inches and right now you are already of average size.
