Will nokia or t-mobile charge me fees for downloading "free" apps from ovi store?

Will nokia or t-mobile charge me fees for downloading "free" apps from ovi store?

it says "Free" on the apps but there is some real small words indicated that " data fees might apply"
I was wondering if I download those apps will t-mobile charge me even I have unlimited data.
