Will prices of Nokia Mobiles be decreasing??

Basically I want to buy a New mobile phone...Nokia 5700..
so what is the right time to buy this mobile??i live in india in jaipur

Will price of this be decreasing in jan or feb and wait till dat ...or shud I buy it now...
