Before you say no because of his PED use please first tell me what proof you have other than other drug users accusing him of using them. He never once tested positive probably because he used the strategy now employed by Andy Pettitte and waited to sign until the last minute so he could use PED's in the off season and still piss clean when it came time for a physical. Also please explain why Clemens who used substances that were not banned at the time he took them (if he took them at all) was any worse than Willie Mays using greenies which were both illegal and banned PED's at the time that he took them?

Ok I was pretty clear the Mitchell report is just accusations. The bloody needle was kept supposedly in a beer can in Brian McNamee's basement. This sounds a bit hard to swallow and as of yet there has been no proof that he used the needle just the word of an accused rapist (Brain McNamee).
The HGH was sent to his loft in the Skydome but if you took the time to read the whole question i addressed the fact that even if he did use HGH and the steroids he was accused of using they were not banned at the time and are still totally legal for you or I to purchase if we have the $$$$ to get them and asked how this is worse than WIllie Mays using a substance that was not only banned by baseball when he used it but also against the law.
Is anyone answering smart enough to read the whole question and answer how what he did was worse than Willie Mays using illegal drugs? I kind of doubt it but we shall see.
 
if he is provece to have use them no if not yes smilple has that even if he is proven not to have still have to think no people dont like any mantion with them
 
There are receipts from shipments of anabolic steroids and human growth hormone to Roger Clemens House and Roger Clemens Personal Trainer. There is blood, needles, cotton and DNA proving that Roger Clemens injected Anabolic Steroid, Human Growth Hormones and other Performance Enhancing drugs. Clemens Performance improved after age 35 just like Barry Bonds Performance did. Both used everything that wasn't nailed down. Clemens name came up in The Mitchell Report and other places. Clemens should be barred from the Hall just like McGuire, Bonds, Canseco, Palmeiro and Sosa.
 
A lot of people say that he didn't start using all the drugs until later on in his career, so you can take that however you do. He was doing something that made a mockery of the game, but didn't Pete Rose and Joe Jackson do the same thing? I think both those guys should be in, but Clemens is a bit of a toss up.

If it eventually does come out when he did and didn't use them, then I'm leaning on him not getting in. Being such a controversial figure might hurt him even more
