Is the new Fox Series doomed after a single season of episodes? Is there enough for screenwriters to keep this show alive? Should it move to a Feature Film franchise? Thanks for your polite and reasonable notion and expectations!
The show started out gangbusters, but has gotten more and more boring over the past few weeks. As much as I liked the idea of the show, the writing has been substandard. Probably won't last.
Certainly -- poor writing -- Steven Spielberg never found a story about threatened families he couldn't produce and tweak to his own preconceptions . . .
It is a cross between old-style shows "The Time Tunnel" and "Lost in Space" (Dad & Mom plus three kids -- one is a genius-prodigy) as well as antagonists and futuristic devices (Robot yells warning -- Warning, Will Robinson ! ! !)
the Jurassic Park lookalike dinosaurs are not that startling nor well-incorporated into the plot
MY Vote is Once on 2011 - 12 season is plenty -- take it off to a Sci-Fi cable for future years
