I know many want what is best for an animal but when some one who is a totally ignorant about the traing and care of an animal and wants to get a dog cause its the cute , or to be cool, or wants it for all the wrong reason, and others give them the info that only encourages the poor behavior.. But when someone actually answers back with a good reason why not to do it , then they get a violation notice.
This site is to help and prevent abuse of animals, not condone bad pet owners. These violations cause much more harm than good.
