I bought a car from a dealership, a new 2011 Ford. I wanted a basic new car and she insisted I get the top of the line with all options. I explained I don't have much for a down payment. I spent all day at the dealership and was 4 hours late for work. They could not get me financed, finally when I was about to leave, the finance director said she had a friend from a bank that did a favor and financed the car and that I'm done. 3 weeks later she called to say she needed my pay stubs again. A week later she calls to say she can't get me financed and to bring in family and relatives to try to get me financed. I'm so stressed out I just want to return the car. I spent so much money getting the car insured and lost so much time with work going back an forth to the dealership. I'm a busy person I'm gone from 6AM to midnight everyday I have no time for games. Will they just give me my money back so I can just get a cheap car somewhere else? Odd enough I already received license plates and registration :/ This is in California.
