33 gallon tank
all the fish will get along great, some of those fish are really nice! great choice! the cat fish are the bets i have 2 who love to play and chase each other around the tank (for fun, entertaining them selfs) only worrie i might have is the tiger barbs sometimes they can be a bit picky witht here own kind there get on great with the other fish they may decide to chase them but thats normal in any tank. Just keep an eye on the tiger babrbs and im sure your have happy tank!
the tiger barbs are semi-aggressive and so are the gouramis, you can put them together but keep a close eye on them, they may mess around with the others.
It should be alright, except you may have some problems with the tiger barbs. They are known fin nippers, and I find that if they are in groups smaller than about 8 they will bother the other fish.
The other problem I see is the one tetra. Almost all tetra are schooling fish and need at least 5 members so they can school together. One by itself will prob just sit in the corner and not move throughout the tank.
Your tank should be a good size for that number of fish but if you decide to add some more tetras or barbs or somethin else you may want to take some others off your list
