Will this coolant works for my 04' Ford Crown Victoria P71?

Anyways I got the Prestone 50/50 prediluted antifreeze/coolant that says it'll work on all makes, all model, mix to any color antifreeze so I'm good to go?

Replace your coolant with a manufacture approved coolant. If your system is built for the green coolant than use the green stuff. If not and you have the 100k stuff than use that the wrong stuff can cause all kinds of damage to the system seals and then you'll wish you did use the right stuff.
