First, don't tell me about diet or supplements because I already know what to do there, this is a question on the training part.
On Monday, Wednesday, Friday I weight train Chest, legs, triceps and shoulders. On Tuesday and Thursday I train Biceps, back, forrearms and abs. (I put in a heavy workout each time I do it). Then the next week I would do the biceps, back etc. 3 days a week, and the chest workout 2 days a week.
I am allowing for 2 FULL rest days on the weekend.
Is this an effective workout to gain good muscle mass by the summer? Why or why not? If not, can you direct me to a routine that will be able to build good muscle fairly fast.
