Will ugg boots be in fashion in winter 2009 ? Also how do you wear them ?

I have black skinnies, skinny jeans, mini skirts etc...

I wanna get some new ugg boots to wear with the above.

Firstly are uggs still in fashion?
Two how do you wear them?

P.S Will leg warmers be in fashion? I like cute warm thing so i'd like to know. Thanks :)
