If you don't swallow the juices, if you expel the juices quickly, if you dont leave the chew in for long at all, and if you use small amounts of chew per usage?

Oh yeah. Forgot to mention, serious answers only.

Just to be clear, what I'm asking is: you can provide me with either evidence or hard proof that even if someone uses smokeless strictly occasionally, and to those standards mentioned above on the occasions that one DOES use it, they will most definitely, surely, undoubtedly contract oral cancer? Please provide said evidence or proof.
Almost forgot. In this scenario, the person is taking every available action to PREVENT cancer on every other front, in every other way possible. Please take this into consideration as well.
Proof? Evidence?
Correct. "May." I asked, will it surely. I'm really not trying to be contrary. And I do believe that people should avoid tobacco, but I'm just working on this thing. Trying to promote the ideal that every person should be able to do with their own body what they wish. This includes using tobacco, and other things, whether I (or you, or anyone else) agrees with it or not.

Yes dumb ass it has a warning right on it that says May cause mouth cancer.

yup can cause mouth, tongue or throat cancer.. though it's just like drinking, it's not definately gonna affect you, but it's going to increase you chances by about 75%

It sounds like this person is "taking every precaution" because he's already addicted and doesn't want to give up his habit. Chewing tobacco will greatly increase his risks of cancer of the lip, mouth, throat and jaw. Here's more information -- and photos of what oral and throat cancer can look like:
