Will using the"deactivate all"switch for itunes accounts, then reactivating

them one by one mess up my iphone? I used the maximum 5 computers, and i need to deactivate a computer that's hard drive crashed and i cannot access. If i use the "deactivate all computers" switch, then re-activate the computers that i need to use it on, will it make/let me re-activate my iphone's ability to use the store and my apps? and will the kill switch mess up my itunes in any way when reactivated?
