Will verizon repair my samsung glyde?

I bought a Samsung Glyde off ebay and used it for 3ish months. Now the calibration is all messed up and i did nothing to it. I will touch the top and it will automatically press buttons on the bottom. VERRY ANNOYING. I just am wondering if i can take it back to verizon and have them repair it. I am willing to pay because i have no warranty. I just want it repaired.
 
There should be a recalibration on that phone every phone that has a touch screen that I have come across has. Search for it. Also try to take the battery out WHILE the phone IS still ON, keep it out for about a minute, then replace.
