Mexico when SB 1070 takes effect? I know I will be. I wonder if other states will follow suit with legislation of their own.

SB 1070 should also have included a provision allowing Arizona to attempt recovery of all the money which the Feds have forced the State to spend on the Illegals through federal regulations.
The Illegals should be treated the same as drug dealers, with law enforcement confiscating any and all possessions bought with money gained through their illegal stay in this Country, under the status of an illegal alien and ignoring the laws of the Nation. These possessions should then be auctioned off, with the proceeds going into the State Treasury to off set the cost to taxpayers for all that the Feds have forced the State to pay out in support of these Illegals, such as health care, education, and other benefits.

I will certainly laugh at the criminals, yes.

I will not laugh at those who are needy and have lost homes here.. but all they need to do is apply legally.

I have no pity for anyone breaking our laws. It is simply not right no matter how bad I may feel about it.

No, I won't. It's unfortunate we have to rob people of a better life. However, the law is the law, and you can come here legally. Allowing people to circumvent the law as it is convenient makes law pointless.

No Arizona and people who support that law will be the laughingstock as the Supreme Court once again uses its power to block blatant racism. The police should act on evidence, not on skin color. What Arizona did is unAmerican and unConstitutional.
