i think its easy he has the most asists of the rookies and hes on D he has the third most amount of goals of the rookies hes tall he plays great D and he can stand up for his team when he needs to UR thoughts?
It's gonna be Duchene. He's had an explosive season, and just as he is turning 19. It's absolutely incredible to jump straight from the OHL to the NHL. Even Joe Sakic spent time in the minors after being drafted. Tavares did the same jump this season but he isn't quite as young and hasn't put up as many points.
Myers has had an amazing season, but these people are right, defensemen don't really get as much consideration in the Calder voting.
